Exfoliate heavily prior to application. Apply to clean, dry skin. Pump mousse onto tanning mitt and apply with long, even strokes, using the instant bronzer as a guide. Rub in well using circular motions. Allow 1 to 2 minutes to dry before getting dressed and wait at least 8 hours before showering. Pro Tip: Your first shower should only be a rinse- no body wash or soap.
