Shipping Policy and Costs
Shipping options are available at checkout through USPS or UPS. Costs are based on actual shipping charges and are discounted. Handling times given are the best estimate of the postal carrier and do not include 1-3 days handling time. Please allow extra time during holidays or sales.
Expedited shipping options still include 1-3 days handling time.
GlowPro ships Monday through Friday and follows all US Federal Holidays.
You can return any new, unused product within 14 days of arrival less shipping. For health and safety reasons, any opened products cannot be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please enclose a copy of the packing slip in the return box. If you don't have the original packing slip, you can reprint the invoice from your e-mail or include your name and e-mail address on a blank piece of paper. We strongly encourage purchasing tracking for you package as we are not responsible for lost items. Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt via the original payment method.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt for us to remedy it. Products beyond 90 days are not warranted for service.
